How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. SUO boutique is not responsible for any packages delivered by USPS that are lost/stolen/damaged. In an event that your package is lost or stolen please refer to your tracking number and contact USPS.
What are your delivery options?
Domestic U.S.A. Shipping
Standard Shipping, order delivered 3-6 days.
Orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday EST will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
At this time we do not offer international delivery.
Curbside pick up schedule:
Once you have been notified via email that your order is ready for pick up, please reference below for pick up days and times.
Monday - Thursday 11am - 6pm
Friday - 11am - 7pm
Saturday 10am - 6pm
Sunday 11am - 5pm

We are hopeful you will be pleased with your purchase. However, you are able to exchange regular price merchandise within 14 days of your order's shipment date. All merchandise that ends in .90 (ie. 14.90),is FINAL SALE. You will receive a store credit minus the original shipping cost for merchandise exchanged... Email our customer service department thru Customer Care .
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact. Items with any sign of wear, makeup, deodorant or perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and subject to additional shipping costs.
• You are responsible for all shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Online purchases can be exchanged at one of our store locations for a store credit.
• Items received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and refused.
*Shoes without the original box cannot be returned.
*All jewelry, handbags, accessories, gift items and clearance (any garment ending in $.90) is a final sale.
How do I return my items?
Easily return your items via mail or in-store.
To return items via mail please email us thru Customer Care. Include your order number under the subject. Our customer service representative will provide you a return authorization number and a return form. Include your receipt and package the items in its original form with tags intact. Mail items to:

Local customers may return items to our Monrovia store.
